Each locator has been through a rigorous assessment process to certify their competency in using electronic cable and pipe detection equipment and asset owner plans to accurately determine the location of underground utility cables and pipes. They will ordinarily provide a mark out on the ground surface using paint to indicate type, position and depth of the detected asset . They are also able to provide other services like mapping and standovers to observe your works.
